2. What personal data do we collect?
The categories of personal data that the Site collects and processes are as follows:

5. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data only in the presence of at least one of the following conditions provided for by current legislation:

6. Who will process your data?

The transfer to non-EU countries, in addition to the cases in which this is guaranteed by the Commission's Adequacy Decisions, is carried out in such a way as to provide appropriate and appropriate guarantees pursuant to art. 46, 47 and 49 of the Regulation.
8. How long do we keep your data?
We retain your personal data for a limited period of time, which varies depending on the nature of the activity involving the processing of your personal data.
Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymised.
Your personal data is retained in accordance with the terms and criteria specified below:

- data used to personalise the Site and to display personalised commercial offers will be retained until the user requests termination or within two years of the user's last interaction of any kind with the Site;
- the data used to carry out market research and satisfaction surveys will be kept until the User requests the cessation of the activity.
In any case, for technical reasons, the cessation of processing and the consequent definitive deletion or irreversible anonymization of the related personal data will be definitive within thirty days of the terms indicated above.
